Global Safe Election Plan.This Plan is design to combat pre& post Election Violence World wide & to ensure Safety for the Candidates, Voters,Supporters and for a better law and order situation in the country of Election world wide.

This plan included two new systems in Election. 1. To initiate Election Campaign by the Election Comission( EC) of concern country of Election to instead of Candidates. EC would take a soft service charge for the campaign. 2. Voters should be facilitate with a VotingApps to cast vote by SMS using their NIDs through Mobile Phone from any part of the world.

This would ensure safety for each Voters.Would be cost – effective and Transparent. EC world wide must concuct Votes through this technology. This is my Global Safe Election Plan.I want to Sale my plan world wide with institutional support of UN against justified prices for each country fixed by the UN.
